On the afternoon of June 2, a total of more than 20 students from the headquarters of Gem Flower Healthcare Group and their units went to Taiwan Medical University Hospital to participate in special training activities on hospital management

The opening ceremony was held in the conference room of the "Lifu" teaching building. Yang Minghsun, consultant of the Taiwan China Medical University Hospital, gave a welcome speech and introduced the situation of the hospital. Subsequently, Zhang Libin, the leader of the Gem Flower Healthcare Group and director of the medical management department, delivered a thank-you speech.

Taiwan China Medical University Hospital is located at No. 2 Yude Road, Taichung City. Founded in the spring of 1975, it was put into operation on November 16, 1980. The hospital currently has 7 medical buildings with 2048 beds and about 4300 employees. The average monthly outpatient visits were 160,000, emergency visits were 12,000, hospitalizations were 5,600 and operations were 3,800. In the course of many years of development, the hospital combined with university resources, committed to localization and quality research, relying on international experts, set up 11 research centers tailored to local conditions, comprehensive development of medical education, training medical personnel, and comprehensively improve the quality of medical services. The hospital not only has high-quality medical services, clinical teaching and research development projects, but also is committed to modernizing Chinese medicine, while increasing operating income, reducing operating costs and other aspects of continuous improvement.

The participants obeyed the rules and regulations, listened carefully, and actively questioned and discussed, which won unanimous praise from teachers.

During June 3-21, students participated in hospital management, professional management, case analysis and innovative development planning, these three modules of training, after three weeks of efficient learning, successfully completed the arduous learning task.

On the morning of June 21, the graduation ceremony was held in the "Lifu" teaching building of Taiwan China Medical University, and issued the certificates.

Consultant Yang made a comprehensive summary of the training and gave the participants a high degree of recognition.
